1. Introduction

Welcome to POW! Mystery Box, operated by EOWYN LTD (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By participating in the Mystery Box campaign and submitting your code at www.powmysterybox.com, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not participate in the campaign.

2. Eligibility

• The campaign is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.

• Participants must be residents of Cyprus (unless otherwise stated).

• Employees of EOWYN LTD, POW! The Shop, or their affiliates, as well as immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Participate

1. Purchase a POW! Mystery Box from any participating store or official partner.

2. Find your unique code printed inside or on the flyer included with the box.

3. Visit www.powmysterybox.com, enter your name, email address, and code.

4. Submit the form to discover if your box includes a bonus prize.

Each code can only be used once. Duplicate or reused codes will be rejected automatically.

4. Prizes

• Some boxes may contain bonus prizes, as displayed on the result screen after valid submission.

• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• EOWYN LTD reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Winner Notification & Claim

• Winners will be notified directly on the website after entering a valid code.

• Where a physical or digital prize applies, the winner may be contacted via the email provided.

• EOWYN LTD reserves the right to verify eligibility and may request proof of purchase before issuing any prize.

• Failure to respond to communication within 14 days may result in forfeiture of the prize.

6. Marketing Consent

By checking the optional box during submission, participants can choose to receive:

• News, offers, promotions, and updates from POW! The Shop.

This consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in any marketing email or contacting info@powtheshop.com.

7. Data Protection

Personal data (name, email, and code) is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Data will be used to verify your Mystery Box, manage participation, and—if consented—to send marketing communications.

8. Fraud, Misuse, and Disqualification

EOWYN LTD reserves the right to:

• Void entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, or use false information;

• Disqualify participants who attempt to manipulate or tamper with the system;

• Cancel or suspend the campaign if technical or fraudulent activity compromises its integrity.

9. Liability

EOWYN LTD is not liable for:

• Technical issues, lost connections, or server errors preventing participation;

• Lost, delayed, or misdirected entries;

• Indirect or consequential losses related to participation or use of prizes.

Nothing in these Terms limits EOWYN LTD’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, characters, and content displayed on powmysterybox.com are the intellectual property of EOWYN LTD or its licensors.
No reproduction or redistribution is permitted without written consent.

11. Campaign Duration

The campaign runs until further notice.
EOWYN LTD may modify, pause, or end the campaign at any time without prior notice.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus.
Any dispute arising under or in connection with the campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Cyprus.
